What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company (optional), the services you tick and your message. This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools and does not store anything in your browser.

Why and on what legal basis

We use your data only to reply to your enquiry and, if you want, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry, and at most 12 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows, in which case statutory retention periods apply.

Who processes it

Our website hosting and email providers process the data on our behalf as processors under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and object to processing at any time by writing to hello@stok3.si. You can also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, Informacijski pooblaščenec RS, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
